Culver's Night - May 10th

Our final "Culver's Night" fundraiser will take place Monday, May 10th!

Just like last time, students will be receiving "coupons" to hand out to anyone and everyone who might come to support us that evening. The Culver's restaurant in Lake Hallie (by Wal-Mart) is generously donating 10% of the sales receipts from those who present coupons anytime during that day. These proceeds will benefit our "general fund" for tips and busing.

Since our next Lunch & Learn Meeting is May 3rd, students can pick up their coupons at that time.

Oh, and don't forget, May 3rd is also the day that our Butter braids come in for pick up (after school).

Culver's Night: November 3rd!

The folks at Culver's are helping us out again! On Tuesday, November 3rd they are assisting us with a "Culver's Night". For the entire business day, Culver's will donate 10% of the total order cost of anyone PRESENTING THIS COUPON with their order.

This is a win-win for us and the restaurant: they get more business on a normally slow day, and we get money for our trip!

How do you participate? Hand out coupons to EVERYONE YOU KNOW and encourage them to eat at Culver's on November 3rd. Mr. Kinville and I will have mass-produced copies for anyone interested. Otherwise, you can feel free to print as many as you need from this website. The money we raise (since it is impossible to track back to individual contributions) will benefit our general fund (transportation and tips).

FYI: It is not advisable to simply stand outside the restaurant distributing coupons on that day. For one, you need to be in school, and for two, the point of this fundraiser is to help Culver's draw in extra business. If we only cater to their regular clientele, they will not see the need to help us in the future.

Culver's Night to Benefit D-Day Trip - April 7th

Once again, the nice folks at the Culver's in Lake Hallie have agreed to help us out with raising money for our D-day trip! A "Culver's Night" has been planned for April 7, 2009.

At our meeting on April 5, I'll distribute coupons to be used for the fundraiser. Travelers hand them out to friends, relatives, co-workers, etc. For anyone who presents a coupon when making a purchase on April 7, Culver's will donate 10% of their total sale to our group. What a deal!

We've done similar events in cooperation with Culver's in the past, and they've always been very nice to us. Let's do our best to honor their goodwill by generating record turnouts this time around! One rule to keep in mind: Culver's does not want us to just stand outside the restaurant handing out coupons to anyone who goes in. They are able to provide this service because they are relying us to bring in more customers than they would generally get on a slow weeknight. So, gather your friends and head to Culver's on Tuesday, April 7th!
